Horrible experience with this Seller and purchase!!! Broken lamp with terrible packaging and time of delivery. No Seller communication ever, eBay got involved. Very disappointed. I really wanted this lamp.

Buyer never contacted us directly, but opened up a return. eBay never got involved because the return request goes directly to us first before it gets escalated to eBay if we don't handle it promptly. This was my call. I issued a refund same day since the buyer did a good job getting photos we needed for an insurance claim. Item was packed tightly and for safe shipment. Damaged item claim was filed to FedEx and they have since taken responsibility for the damages and issued a full refund to us.
