Item arrived as described but didn’t work comfortably for me, I guess it needs cutting as material covered over a nostril, instructions would help as unsure if sticky pads go on CPAP nose piece or the skin on nose/cheek which I opted for but caused me a rash/pain.

Very poor quality. Poor packaging. The hat is very cheap and more like plastic instead of straw.and definitely not hand woven. Colour received is almost black and NOT the navy colour as advertised. Seller still has not refunded me. Seller keeps on offering me 30% off or 60% refund. I am wanting the full refund for a damaged item that I am unable to wear. Please do not buy from this seller !!!!! I am now awaiting Ebay to get involved with this refund that is due to me.
