Very expensive shipping and took a very long time to arrive from two states away, as seller created label but didn’t ship for another two days. Please don’t claim things are new unless they are also complete and don’t use AI to write your descriptions if there is an issue with the item. I never leave negative feedback, but not responding to the buyer is poor practice. This was a gift, and a total flop of an experience.
