The contents in the box were not packed securely. One of the four plates arrived broken. I had a difficult time with the seller getting a refund for one of the plates (1/4 of the full purchase price—shipping was “free”). He wanted to deduct his shipping cost from my refund. eBay had to step in.

Included in the paid refund of the plate , the buyer added also a refund of the shipping + taxes paid to US administration. Finally, I accepted as customer satisfaction is always the most important. Unfortunately , I had to ask for Ebay to manage this case, as the buyer did not answer to any new message. And now, suddenly, the buyer becomes very talkative in the feedback. All the best to you, dear buyer. First time seen in 20 years. No more comment.
