When it arrived it was rattling all about. I opened it and because the box wasn’t shut sealed, the weight rubbed up against a hard plastic paperweight stand? Don’t know for sure what it is. The top glass has rough spots across one of the facets. Don’t know if it was previously there-but now. It does not detract from the beauty of this Washington weight.
