I ordered on "the night before Christmas" and shipper had this in the Post Office on its way by the night after Christmas which strikes me as very good customer service on the holidays. Good price, nice pillow, the Downlite Medium fill dual chamber down and feather pillow. It also seemed quite clean and new in looks, feel, and smell.

Before buying I asked the seller if this pillow had the 3 gray pillow inside it and she said yes. I received one pillow with no zipper and a stain on a corner. I messaged her and she said that she will replaced it for free. But what she wanted me to do was to was to cancel the order and order a much more expensive one. The excuse was that she mistakenly put the wrong picture! I guess she also told me the wrong information before I bought it. How honest. Unable to contact ebay. Emails in photos
