  • Very Basic Book Geared Towards Mechanical Designers

    Book is a very basic introduction to model making techniques. It is an overview of different ways that one could use to make a model, but does not describe any of the techniques in depth. I am an architecture student and only found one thing that ould help me in this book. Could be helpful for a mechanical/design engineer as a very basic introduction to model making ideas, but does not go into enough depth to make this book worth the money. I DO NOT suggest this book for architects, as it covers things like making mechanical models (such as cars) out of foams and plastics and prototyping things like those that would come off of an assembly line. But even though it does cover these topics, I still would not recommend it for engineers because it is soooo basic. It gives a topic, the maybe a ...
