You should avoid pushing it into tight spaces such as glassware and then turning clockwise. This can cause the mop head to unscrew from the plastic handle. The cotton strings are bound together by thin and fairly short wire which is embedded in the plastic but can screw out under pressure. Instead, squeeze it out to a cylindrical shape, drop it into the glassware and turn anti-clockwise. You can screw it back but better to prevent it happening.

It was every bit as good as the Oates Clean one I was seeking to replace. Otherwise the item's condition, the transaction, and the shipping times were as expected.
