I am a younger woman but a side-sleeper and I started to develop creases on my chest and was unable to switch to becoming a back sleeper. It would keep me awake at night, conscious of the wrinkles I would have created by morning time. Thank God I found these. Yes, they are a little pricey, but I get about a months use of each one (I do the buy 3 - get 1 free) I wash it in mild soap and hot water after each use and then let it air dry. Not only does it give me peace of mind, so I can sleep, but they actually work. Practically from the first use ( I have been using daily for at least a year now) these pads erased any lines I was developing and totally prevent the formation of any new wrinkles. I had become wary of wearing tops that showed my cleavage/decolletage and now I can proudly flaunt it once again. These Decollette pads by SilcSkin are Miracle workers. You are worth the cost of these! I can't attest how they work for people with deep, long-term or up there in age wrinkles, but if you have any concerns..at least give these a try! This is too expensive for the quality. First of all, it does not last as long as the manufacturer claims. The manufacturer claims "The pad will begin to lose adhesive qualities in approximately 30-60 days". However, it really loses its adhesive nature after about 2 weeks. I have tried everything from cleaning it daily to cleaning it once a week. It simply stops working after 14-16 uses. Also, the pad is a bit small. It does not reach the proper areas of the chest to eliminate future wrinkles. In my opinion, if it were priced lower and the "30-60" day claim was altered it would be fine. The product does work. It just does not work for the length of time that is claimed on the package.

I have been using these pads for about 3 years now and I will never be without them. They work just as they say they do. I was very unhappy with the wrinkles that were developing on my chest area and was trying to buy clothes that would hide them. Now I have a very smooth youthful looking chest area again. I am a side sleeper and if I don't wear one of these pads for a night they start to reappear. I would highly recommend his product because they absolutely work.

I am in my late 40's and a side sleeper.....you know the results on your chest if you're over 35 and sleep on the side. Not only am I able to sleep comfortably without the fear of my chest being full of wrinkles but I am confident in how this product works. While I agree with some of the other reviews of it losing it's ability to stick after about 3 weeks...on the flip side, I still have a beautiful chest, wrinkle free. As another reviewer stated, this is not going to create a miracle overnight, if you have not been taking care of this area before, this is a preventive measure, so you won't get wrinkles. I never had them and I still don't. I recall a few years ago when I started seeing them in the morning, that's when I started to buy these.
