I've had it for a little over a month. I use it to keep my door locked (it's a long story why I need that) and it keeps it safely closed. It CAN be opened with force at times, but I also have a makeshift string lock on there as well, and coupled with this it's hard to open even when someone is attempting to kick it down from the other side, even with my door's latch not being properly closed (the lock was broken on purpose by someone). It helps a lot. Just for maybe $5 (USD).
