Yes, I have sent 3 messages to the seller. Was disappointed that the perfume was sent in a different bottle from the one pictured, and also that the level of the perfume did not go right up to the stopper, as shown on the Nina Ricci website, even though the bottle was in a box with a sealed cellophane wrapper. Was puzzled (a) that the order was fulfilled by Amazon, even though ordered via ebay, and (b) that there was a note with the parcel stating that the perfume was a gift when it was not.
