I ordered 2 faucets, and shipping was fast. However, 1 box was badly damaged, and should have been noticed before it was packed for shipment. The shipping carton was fine, so this didn't happen in transit. Damage this severe to a sealed original box should have been disclosed in the item description. (The box was sealed with factory straps, so seller could not have been sure of condition of enclosed item). Thankfully, the faucet seems fine. Would buy again, but would double check condition.
