The guitar came and is in great shape. The guitar case however was damaged. The top has four cuts through the material which appears to have been made with a box cutter type blade. I am not sure if the damage was caused prior to shipping or during shipment.

Everything is perfect, the guitar is beautiful and sounds great, the items it comes with were exactly as described, the packaging on everything was perfect. The delivery was only 4 days which is impressive considering the distance. This seller is always great and having bought from them before, I highly recommend them. The guitar brand Haze, is great for beginners and genuinely great instruments especially for the price.
