I paid for express postage and this seller sent it by standard parcel post, I would say that is just plain fraud. They refuse to give the money back. It took about six messages from me to get one response because they didn't want to admit that they took money from me and didn't provide the service. Fraud. The phone is the bottom of the line for a 5G phone because I didn't want to buy one, my phone company lied about the compatibility of my current phone when they switched off 3G.
