The cushioning is comfy but uneven when guests sleep on it, which requires a mattress topper on it. The 2x backs of each section slide into position but not evenly. Also when kids climb over it or when adults place their arms on top to reposition their seating, the back moves back and forth too easily. I suggest fitting a locking mechanism for the back slider. Device portal is cool.
