Personalized in a timely fashion but ask for its condition I'm unable to respond as it was sent to the wrong address this is why I dislike giving my information before I am told that I have actually won a counter offer period I was not given the Opportunity to correct my home address so it was sent to my other home hence I will be getting it soon but until then I recommend this seller the product appears cute and it will be a wonderful gift for a friend
