When I first received this item, it was incorrectly addressed to the wrong person so I could not open it; had to take the parcel back to Aust Post and RTS - and asked the seller for an update. Their communication was very good - apologised for the inconvenience, refunded the order and immediately resent the item, correctly addressed and at no cost. The initial mistake was a bit of a hassle, but their follow-up customer service was EXCELLENT - would be happy to buy from this seller again :)
