So I asked the seller to cancel the order that morning seller said no he could not but to return it and he would refund me. I paid for shipping back to him, tracked the shipment which he received, once he received it, he stopped responding to me and did not refund me the money and had to go through my credit card company. He told eBay I never sent the item back. He is a fake and a fraud. Don’t buy from this seller.

The item arrived with a "reconditioned:" sticker. This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

Listed the reason for the return, seller emailed a fed ex prepaid return, took the package to a fed ex location and off it went. I highly recommend this seller, this person lives up to the description of the product and a total hassle freed return. Exceptional seller.

They have been great with communication, fast shipping and working with an item I wasn’t happy with. Thank you all so much for a great experience. I definitely recommend them
