This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

    Great back saver!

    Read many reviews trying to decide between this vacuum and the Roomba. Finally pulled the trigger and I'm glad I did! It's not perfect, it misses a crumb sometimes, but overall does a great job on floors especially carpets. The mapping feature works great and I had no trouble getting it to map the house within a couple trips. The no go zone feature also works well. Overall, if you keep the vacuum clean and clean the filters regularly the vacuum works well. I have one cat and the Shark always picks up cat hair without tangling every time! A great purchase!

    Only got 6 uses out of this

    I only got six uses from this before it quit. It worked great until then. I’ve taken the whole thing apart and cleaned it and it still has the same error code (obstruction, but there is no obstruction). I’ve tried everything because I really needed this product and loved it. Shark will not help with product issues if not bought from a store with warranty. Please just buy brand new so you don’t lose money that is too valuable right now like I did. Very disappointed.

    Great product and value for the Money

    I love my new Shark iRobot! It does a great job on my hardwood floors! It was easy to set up and connect to my phone. My only frustration is with the mapping and setting up the room designations. I have only had it for one week, and each time I run it the map seems to get better, so I am hopeful. That said, I would highly recommend it for a single story home. I intend to get a second one for the second story of the house. I would suggest that you check out the videos on YouTube to help gain knowledge before you make your decision to purchase this or any other robot. They are most helpful! John in Tennessee

    It works as advertised

    This is the second Shark we have bought after the first one performed flawlessly. We have a large house and each vacuums one level on a regular schedule. We previously had robot vacuums from a well known brand and we gave up on them. The broke down, got jammed up and were poor performers. Shark is the way to go.

    Sharkey wins the day for hardwood floors

    Excellent product. But.... I have Chinese wool rugs with fringe. It is not very good at picking up anything off that type of carpet and it leaves the fringe in a mess. It picks up stuff nicely from the hardwood floors though and seems to be working quite well overall.
