i have specifically enquired the price for delivery as it's heavy. There were no conditions attached to the delivery. The driver texted me that he would need help to unload the item as it's about 50-60 kg. I politely refused as we don't have anybody on standby and my wife who on her own would not be able to help with that. The seller gave me the answer - "We sell to a vast amount of very high profile customers, that make absolutely no fuss about this arrangements". The whole text is even better

This feedback is untrue. This potential customer was extremely rude when we asked them to provide assistance in unloading their item, their manner was very aggressive and he demanded we cancel the sale and refund him immediately. We had already loaded the item to the van, so this did cause us an inconvenience but we refunded as requested. To add to that we still we received this negative feedback, it appears this person is bitter about the situation, even though we did exactly as they asked.
