The item arrived and had some issues. The seller was super prompt in reply and immediately agreed to a refund. Unfortunately, the return shipping was close to the price of the item. The seller refunded anyway without the return to avoid the expense. Absolutely would do business with this seller again. Very positive experience despite the fact that the unit didn't work. Couldn't ask for a better interaction.
