    Wrong item sent, clearly sellers mistake. Contacted seller with photographic evidence. Told I would have to go through eBay return process, even on such a low cost item, involving more inconvenience . I understand I will eventually get a return label, then I will be require to package the item and take it to a dispatch location. Would liked seller to refund me as soon as they realised THEIR mistake and if they want their item (which is absolutely no use to me) they should arrange collection.

    I ordered this product before I realised it was massively over priced so I cancelled immediately. The seller ignored my request to cancel and sent the product any way. They used Amazon to deliver it so I wasn't able to refuse the package as I didn't realise what it was when delivered. All in all I am pretty upset with this seller and will make sure I avoid them in future
