Love it for the size, buttons, ease of loading, sound: the whole player is designed to be comfortable to hold and use. Too bad it turns off whenever it wants and sometimes won't turn back on until it desides to. Turns off when I try to adjust the volume, or even if it is just sitting there all by itself. THE BATTERY IS NEW: that's not the problem. I have 5 mp3 players: I load them up at the beginning of the week with audiobooks and music to play while I clean and just want them to regurgitate what I put on. This one is just being used for data transfer now, not really worth enough to send back for a refund, not reliable enough to use. Too bad, it is really cute.
I've had this thing for the past 6 years and let me tell you, it is a brick. Compared to new models you'll find these days, this will last you for a very, very long time. My biggest problem with it is that it only held like, 20 songs at a time (unless each one of your songs is about 30 seconds long, then you might be able to fit more) and there's no screen to tell you what you're listening to, at all. It's literally a flash drive with a battery compartment and a headphones jack, that's all. The battery will last you quite a while, so long as you remember to turn it off (which can be hard to tell when the only indication you have is a tiny red blinking light). Sound quality all depends on the headphones you use. The price is pretty outrageous for what you're buying though, I managed to get mine back in 2007 for about $7 at f.y.e. For $20 you can buy something a LOT better these days. I really don't recommend you buy this immediately, look at your other options first, and check the price of this. If it's anything above $7 it really isn't worth it. Like I said, it's merely a flash drive with a headphones jack. Nothing more.Read full review
A very nice affordable basic mp3 player. I got 2 for under $9.00 each. Pro 2 GB storage, that's Over 600 songs. Easy to transfer from PC. Comes w/installation info inside. Easy to use functions on/off,pause,forward,backup,volume. Doesn't have lcd screen which saves on battery life. Con Doesn't have screen so you can't shuffle or browse for song selection. how you load it is how it comes out. I just wanted a good mp3 player without all the extras which I wouldn't use anyways. I'd rather listen to my music than read the script! I now have 4 Coby mp3 players one MP-200-256, one 200-1G, and now two MP-200-2G. Never had a problem with any of them. For the price they are great in my opinion.
Great sound, holds lots of songs, and the battery lasts a long time!! Love not having to charge it.

Do not like the fact that it has no window display. Thought I was getting the later version that has window display that permits one to see what song/eBook is currently playing. It's still in original package. Have not used it. Would not recommend.
