Arrived in my mailbox just in time for my afternoon dog walk. A windy 7 degrees. Testing and evaluation has begun on this very interesting product. I highly recommend it for what it is and what it does. the zipper is a little small for my taste and it zips on the female side but other than that I have no complaints the drawstring waste and the elastic hood that rolls up and buttons in the back is a cool feature for when the hood is not needed. well done.
