Purchased an item and seller marked as shipped, but never actually shipped package. Waited a week of no movement and messaged seller. After a couple of days with no response I had to send it to eBay for help and within 24 hours the previous estimated delivery date, that was now three days past, updated to the following week. Still after all of that there was never a message regarding anything. As someone who also sells I’m understanding of what sellers experience, but this was egregious. Beware
