Das Parfüm kam zerbrochen an, war leer gelaufen, wahrscheinlich unzureichend verpackt. Kam aus China, hatte mich auf die vielen guten Bewertungen verlassen. Natürlich habe ich Bilder gemacht und umgehend reklamiert. Der Verkäufer hatte mir zunächst 10 Euro Rückerstattung angeboten, womit ich natürlich bei einem Preis von über 70 Euro nicht einverstanden war. Dann bot er mir 20 Euro Rückerstattung an, daraufhin wurde es mir zu blöd und ich musste leider den Käuferschutz einschalten.

Die Ware kam zu klein an, obwohl ich extra eine Nummer Größer bestellt habe. Hab mich mit dem Verkäufer in Verbindung gesetzt, dieser entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeit und bot mir mehrere Optionen an. Die Kommunikation hierbei war sehr positiv und entgegen kommen, letztendlich bekam ich das Geld zurück überwiesen.Ansonsten entspricht die Qualität der Hose entspricht dem Preis -Leistung Verhältnis.. Versand ist Kostenfrei, Lieferung kam an , man braucht jedoch etwas Geduld.
