I have requested the seller, 4 times, to respond to a defective item with no response. The cylinder bag stitching, at the top, is defective. The strap holding the buckle is dangling from the bag. making it imposable to attach the bag to a wheelchair. Note I did order 4 different items from this seller, 3 of the items were perfect. My complaint is the seller will not respond and I still have a defective item. I may or may not order from this seller again.
