Artikel wie beschrieben und gut verpackt, soweit Top! Lieferzeit und Kommunikation waren leider genau das Gegenteil. 7 Tage nach Zahlungseingang ist nichts passiert, auf meine Nachfrage wurde nicht reagiert. Für einen gewerblichen Verkäufer eine schlechte Leistung. Daher trotz positiver Bewertung nicht wieder!

He never answer me before my purchase and after. Train arrived broken in 8 parts cause of a poorly protected package. He offered a refund of 30€ on 230€ whereas the value lost is more than 150€ cause of multi damages. Obviously, I ask him a bigger refund. His reaction was to close refund and start the return procedure without any message from him. This guy dont give a f.. He does the minimum as required and will never answer you. Also he send shipment after 1 week... I will never buy again.
