This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

    Love my Rainbow

    I love my Rainbow. Nothing cleans like this vacuum from ceiling fans to baseboards. I also use it as my duster for my furniture; no more toxic furniture polishers. I can do it all with this machine and more. It is also an air purifier. I have terrible allergies and this vacuum is perfect because the dust and dirt get trapped in the water bin and you smell nothing but fresh air. I owned my last Rainbow from 1997-2007 and never had a problem with it. My husband didn't like all the attachments and I got rid of it. Mourned it constantly and went through lots of other vacuums that didn't clean well. Finally went back to the Rainbow and I am very happy.

    This vacuum is everything advertised.

    This vacuum is everything advertised. It works perfectly and everything is like new or is new on the machine. It performs just as well as a new one my friend has that paid way, way more for hers. My carpets look like new and the house smells great. My husbands allergies are better. We live in Southwest GA with lots of pollen, dirt roads and peanut dust.

    Loving it!!!!

    So far I've been using this vacuum just about every day. It takes care of many tasks from just vacuuming to dusting to even cleaning up wet spills from the kids on my kitchen floor. It makes cleaning so much easier than having to get out one piece of equipment after another. Since I got this I don't think I've taken my broom out of the closet once.
