Balm feels like balm, very soft, nice colors
I think this is a good product because it is soft and the colors are very nice (to my liking). I am not a make up fashion-ata and I don't know how to apply this best. Do you put lip balm on first or after? My When I put this on, it just emphasizes my dry lips. I think that if you know how to use make up this would be brilliant to add to your collection.
