The item I received was unable to charge due to a dead battery. The seller was unable to verify the item as they did not have in their possession the charge (which is no longer produced and not the easiest item to find). When I made them aware of this they responded promptly and professionally. Thank you very much. Resolution was sought and delivered well and efficiently. Bummer I missed out on the item I desired, but people have too much junk now a days anyways. I met a good seller.
