    Arrived in a timely fashion. I accept the responsibility for not inquiring in advance of making my offer as to the condition of the item. Four of the strawberry stems were chipped. And I do not believe that it occurred in shipping. Perhaps each piece should have been wrapped individually, as they were well wrapped, but were all together in one group. These small chips would not have necessarily been visible in the photographs.

    Our package arrived damaged enroute. The frame was damaged and the glass was broken but the print was fine. We notified the seller, sent pictures, and she was courteous, helpful, and easy to work with. We got a quote for the replacement pieces, and she immediately refunded us that amount before she settled with the shipping company. The true test for a seller is how they handle a problem, and this seller shines!!!
