Communication was great. Love Jon Reneau wigs. Ordered on the 28th of January shipping label created on the 2 of Feb. and post office received on the 5th. I received on Feb8th, Seller ordered it from Carlsbad CA it took 3 days to arrive in Reno NV. I would recommend this seller for future purchases. l just had hoped for the order had been placed sooner.
