      They don't actually have these ready to ship, the estimated ship time is just pretend. You have to contact THEM to find out if/when you might get it.

      The customer's delivery window, quoted at the time of order, was June 11th-15th. We were scheduled to deliver on the 14th. When the customer reached out, we offered to overnight the parts free of charge for delivery on the 12th to help with their schedule. The customer still leaves negative feedback. We are more than willing to work with you if you need something by a certain day; just let us know. Otherwise, we will deliver within your quoted delivery window.
