Omg what a hell ride with this transaction! The colours of these ropes drew me to this listing so we ordered several; seller told me they were sent in an envelope…I don’t know why this didn’t trigger more questions from me but I was thinking we were buying 3mm Paracord for a craft project but it was in small rolls…instead when these arrived today, they are 3mtr lengths for 12+$ what a total rip off…words cannot explain how cheated we feel…HUGE THUMBS DOWN! POORLY DESCRIBED POOR VALUE FOR MONEY!

Replying in a professional and respectfully manner, based on FACTS:
1. Buyer claimed the package was not received, well before the estimated time provided by Ebay; regardless, I have promptly re-sent a free tracked replacement and communicated in a timely manner to the buyer
2.Buyer went directly to her bank asking a direct refund, bypassing the Ebay claim system, ignoring my update, claim solved by Ebay in seller's favor.
3.Upon receipt, buyer now claims the product description was unclear
