Item was shipped from Kogan, I paid $50 more than the Kogan price and $10 more than retail. My mistake for not doing the research, but hate this kind of rort. Was about to ask for shipping details six days after purchase when item arrived unannounced. Shipping details were provided four days later! I absolutely love my new bag! I had been looking for a quality, structured leather backpack for a trip I'm going on and everything seemed so expensive until I came across this one. The item has a chip in the glass. The seller has not sent a label so I can return the item I sent her a picture of the chip on the glass and a copy of the box. I would not recommend this seller. I will never order from the seller again. This issue was sent to the seller as soon as I open up the box on February 27, 28.
