Condition of received banknote didn't match pic in the ad, it is very wavy (all of them was, that I got in same package), not as perfect like in the ad. So value is impaired only by that.
And the seller deliberately did not want to communicate in English, but only in Spanish (even though we were on Ebay.com, not Ebay.ES, which I warned him about, but in vain) so that's very unfair too. But it's his choice.
So feedback is consequence of those two, because further communication was impossible.
