The packaging was well done and the seller got my product out right away. Not his fault but regular mail was very frustrating. Love the game. Use to play it years ago. The item description said the music box "works." It didn't. It had no screws, so the winding mechanism couldn't work. I had to find screws to fit. I was able to fix it and give it as a gift as I had intended. I contacted the seller and explained the whole situation. They said they'd refund me "a couple dollars" and if I wasn't happy, I could return it (as if I do free repair). Before I could respond to agree or not to this offer, the 'refund' of $2.09 (on a $26 item) was sent.

the buyer claimed the item was broken and he fixed it without communicating with me and then he ask for refund and did not want to return the item , extortion is against eBay policy
