When I received the item, I was very excited to install and test it. At first, it could not be used normally, so I reported it to the seller. The seller told me the relevant information about the technician, and I contacted the technician, so it took about 2 to 3 days. Within days, the problem was finally solved. It was my SSD device that caused the logic board to not work properly. There was no problem with the item. Thanks to the technical for their assistance, and the service was pretty good.

Absolutely perfect example of "New/Old Stock" This radio has not been sold brand new from the manufacturer for over 10 years and the item came packaged in the original boxes and looks exactly as it did over 10 years ago. Radio does not come programmed!!!! This is normal. You will require a KPG-46 to usb-style cable AND KPG-89D computer software in order to program channels and frequencies into your radio. You can buy the software from other sellers on eBay complete with serial key.
