Well, I can only say that any buyer who has ever had the common sense and courtesy of contacting us with an issue has been dissatisfied. despite our sending them a message, we have never heard from buyer about any issue. My suggestion to anyone reading, contact your seller if you have a problem before leaving feedback, it is the right thing to do & to not do so is simply rude & disrespectful. Most sellers are happy to assist you with any problems you have and if not, then negative is warranted.
