    Irelands,customs duty, was not paid so an post sent it back to the seller. not the sellers fault, an post do this all the time. they only do this if the seller is not in the EU. i was not informed about the customs duty, i had to phone my local post office in order to clarify. as a result the seller spent money on postage witch was unfortunate. As i orderd this for my husband who has foot drop.i was dissapoited to say the least. i say again an post fault, not the sellers fault. anna.
