Unfortunately, this Palma unit I received had a front light issue for me. The seller was understanding of the matter and allowed me a return + refund. The condition was surprisingly better than "Open Box" - it came in what I'd call "Brand New" Everything went smoothly and I'd gladly do business with this shop again.
