This seller is the best. I received my package on time, but sadly, the platter was broken. The package looked like it had taken a beating. The other 3 plates were in excellent used condition as described. I contacted seller and received a message back immediately to offer reimbursement and the refund was received within the hour. Just an unfortunate situation not caused by the seller or buyer, in my opinion.

Very disappointed as item was not as described or pictured. Postage to Australia was very expensive and the "Black and white" chevron was actually black and yellow (natural straw) colored. Purchased to match black and white chevron shoes. The seller did not offer a refund.

We are very disappointed that the buyer is very disappointed! It is not our fault that the buyer paid $36 in total for a $6 bag and the bag was not the shade of white she wanted. If the buyer was in the U.S. by all means we would have offered a refund but since she isn't we could not do so without loosing money for her mistake. Our feedback reputation speaks for itself!!
