    I picked this book up because I had read Kevin J. Andersons "Last Days of Krypton" novel and loved it. I am a huge superman fan and I think batman is cool as well. I Could literally not put this book down it was so good. The chapters are short and it goes from chapters based on superman characters to batman and then back again but the story it tells is awesome. Superman has a chance encounter with batman and does not like what batman is standing for, then Lex Luthor makes it as if the two are working together to cover up what his plans are. The end of the book is intense and action packed. If you are a fan of either Superman or Batman I would say pick this book up and read it. It is set in the fifties so some stuff may seem odd to younger people at first but the references are for popular ...
