Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and it is not returnable. I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and ordered the size Medium and it was too large. I would suggest that if you wear an 8 1/2 or smaller shoe, order the Small size. It also stays in place in your shoe and can be removed to use in another shoe. I would recommend this product and this seller.
