Yes, I DID turn the power on BUT the TV didn't work using the remote. NOTHING said about plugging the OTHER END of the power cord into the TV - OR WHERE to actually do that!

Purchased new phone on 21May. Estimated delivery date was 24May. Opened a 'item not received' case on 28May. Seller ignored me, no response. I called AusPost and they said the tracking number provided has never been physically scanned by them. Does this mean Kogan never even posted my item? Been almost two weeks, they've taken about $900 from me, given me nothing, not even a mesasge.
