Used part was more worn than advertised, but functions. Their prices were higher than other sources, but I needed it quickly for a job at a repair shop, accepted the cost difference. Shipping was terrible. Item actually shipped 7 days after order placed. Then vendor blamed USPS. I called USPS and talked with the actual office. And dates and facts do not agree, - Human error is a given and understood. But blaming others is unprofessional and unethical. I will never do business with them again.
