I paid a higher price to buy from this seller, as the listing advertised "eBay plus Free 4 day postage". This was not provided. When questioned, the seller was rather rude & kept making hollow excuses. They treated me as if I'd never used eBay before, and IMHO their messages became borderline bullying and harassment - despite being asked & told more than once to stop contacting me. Seller lacks basic customer service skills, and gave me a very negative buying experience. Advice - buy elsewhere!

Actually, we proactively contacted buyer follow up the shipping info, but this buyer is very tough to deal with. Tracking number of the pkg is 33QU7491354301000935101, its DO 4 day Shipping ! Seller pay attention.

If expecting to receive the exact service advertised within the listing is considered "very tough to deal with", then perhaps eBay really isn't an appropriate platform for this seller. How dare a buyer expect to get what they purchased? Their reply doesn't offer any excuse or explanation for their rudeness, bullying or harassment, and shifting the goal posts after payment is made is not acceptable in any way. Advertise it, provide it - or - can't provide it, don't advertise it... simples.
