The seller did nothing to package the Ring camera properly. The original box that stored the Ring camera was damaged when it arrived at my house because they didn’t bubble wrap the box or anything at all. Thankfully, the camera worked just fine. Because the box arrived damaged and the seal to the box was broken, I honestly couldn’t tell whether or not this product was 100% brand new. That’s why I removed one star. Shipping was very fast.
