I have used this product for almost 20 years. I purchased several of these sample sizes. Most were up to par and “as expected”, but one of them was not “full” (possibly “used”) and the product was unusually thick and pasty in consistency…that is decidedly not normal. I’ve never seen it like that before, so I don’t know if it was because it was old or what?
